Drunk Duck DD has hosted my comic Green Rain from many years now,
since about 2002 or maybe even before that. It's free and actually
easier to use than most other sites and has less down time
that keepspot.
Smack Jeeves This is also a more recent contender to the free comic hosting
game. If you have problems with DD or just want more people to
see your comic, I suggest trying SM.
Deviant Art This is a free gallery hoster that has a decent uploader
system. All manners of pictures can be uploaded except
dirty stuff. I'm a deviant here named Aereis.
